Jeri Helmer - CEO and Founder
Jeri began her ultrasound career immediately after graduating in August of 1996 with an Associates Degree in Applied Science in the Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Program. She is a registered sonographer with experience in general and vascular ultrasound. Jeri has worked in Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Maine, Washington, Arizona, New Mexico, and Alaska. While traveling and working at these hospitals across the United States, she began to think that there had to be a better way. Blue Stone Partners was formed from the belief that technicians who are well taken care of will be happy and perform better.
April Jnofinn - Senior Account Manager
April graduated from Memorial High School in 1999 and entered the Air Force in February 2001. She graduated from aerospace medical technician school at Brooks Air Force Base, Texas, in July 2001. Since becoming a Noncommissioned Officer, she has assumed numerous leadership and clinical management roles as Shiftleader, NCOIC, and Interim Flight Chief. Sergeant Jnofinn has been deployed once in her career in support of MEDFLAG 2008 to Mali, Africa.
As the Basic Life Support Program Manager at two locations, she led 67 instructors and certified 1.4K+ members. She led a sustained 98 percent medical readiness rate which helped the Medical Group earn an excellent rating in the 2011 Health Services Inspection and full accreditation from the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care. Technical Sergeant Jnofinn currently serves as NCOIC, Medical Systems Integration.
She joined Blue Stone Partners in 2019 as the Senior Account Manager. She is currently pursuing her BS-Business Management Degree at UMUC.
